Studio Management Certification

The Customer Enablement team approached me to design and develop the Studio Management Certification for Bluebeam University, a comprehensive program aimed at helping users effectively manage and collaborate within Studio. Together, we identified three core learning paths (Studio Sessions for Administrators, Studio Sessions for Collaborators, and Studio Projects) supported by a 120-question certification exam to validate learner proficiency.

I began by partnering with subject matter experts to gather requirements and define clear learning objectives for each course. Using that input, I developed the overall course structure and detailed storyboards, ensuring content was segmented into approachable, task-based modules. I then wrote scripts and production instructions for 45 instructional videos, maintaining a tone that aligned with Bluebeam’s brand while remaining clear, practical, and engaging. In addition, I created supporting materials such as learner handouts to reinforce key concepts.

To provide hands-on learning opportunities, I designed and built eight interactive workflow simulations in Articulate Storyline, allowing learners to practice real-world tasks in a guided environment. Throughout the project, I incorporated customer feedback and stakeholder input to refine the learning experience, managed review cycles, and supported the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. I also played a key role in implementing the courses within Skilljar, ensuring a smooth learner experience from enrollment through certification.

The final certification program delivers a cohesive learning experience that combines video instruction, interactive practice, and assessment, enabling both new and experienced users to confidently apply Studio workflows in their day-to-day work.
